Poland mobilized its military aviation in response to Russia's massive attack on Ukraine
Poland has concluded its military aviation operations in its airspace, which were conducted in response to Russia’s massive attack on Ukraine. No violations of Poland’s airspace were recorded.
Following the conclusion of the operations, ground-based air defense and radar surveillance systems have returned to normal operating mode.
“Ground-based air defense and radar surveillance systems have returned to normal operations,” according to a statement by the command on social media platform X.
The Operational Command also thanked the Swedish Air Force. Swedish fighter jets joined operations aimed at ensuring the security of Poland’s airspace.
At the same time, the Polish Armed Forces continue to monitor the situation in Ukraine around the clock and remain on constant alert.
The Polish command emphasized that no violations of the country’s airspace were recorded during the operations.

In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, police and the State Emergency Service are conducting a complex demining operation involving a ballistic missile that failed to detonate. The munition was discovered among residential buildings following a nighttime attack by Russia.
As a reminder, at least two people were killed in Kyiv as a result of the nighttime attack.
Russia struck Zaporizhzhia’s transportation infrastructure.
Russia also struck Dnipro with ballistic missiles, damaging a facility.
