Russian agents infiltrated the homes of Finnish lawmakers — The Telegraph

About 20 members of the Finnish Parliament have reported mysterious break-ins at their homes. In one such incident, a politician found feces left in the bathroom.

Parliament Speaker Jussi Hallaa-aho cited a significant number of suspicious incidents that began to be recorded as early as last year. According to him, there were signs in the politicians’ homes that someone had been there, although no signs of forced entry were found, and nothing was stolen or damaged.

Ben Ziskovich, a high-ranking member of the ruling National Coalition Party, believes that Russian intelligence services may be attempting to intimidate Finnish lawmakers in this way. In his view, the goal of such actions may be to demonstrate that the politicians are being watched, as well as to create a sense of confusion or anxiety among them.

This was reported by The Telegraph.
