Video: Tom Cruise spoke in Russian and recalled his trips to Moscow
Hollywood actor Tom Cruise happened to run into some Russians in Seoul, after which he spoke with them in Russian. The Russians met the actor in the South Korean capital and recorded a video together. During the conversation, Cruise spoke enthusiastically about his trips to Russia.
During the conversation, Cruise recalled how, in the 1990s, he landed in Siberia near a gas station. According to the actor, he made a point of stopping there because he wanted to see the region. Cruise also spoke about his trips to Moscow.
“I stopped there because I really wanted to see Siberia. I was also in Moscow in 1987. That was my first visit. It’s very beautiful there. I was also there in the 2000s before the opening of the Bolshoi Theater,” the actor said.
Later, a Russian woman asked if the actor spoke Russian. Cruise didn’t answer directly, but repeated the word “great” in Russian several times, referring to the Bolshoi Theater.
The Russian woman posted a video of the encounter on her Instagram.
