A chatbot for making doctor's appointments and finding medical services has been launched in Kyiv
The Kyiv City State Administration’s Department of Health has launched a digital service called “Kyiv Department of Health Online Assistant,” designed to make it easier for residents and visitors to the capital to access medical care.
The chatbot allows users to find information in one place about the operations of municipal healthcare facilities, locate hospitals on call, get details about city healthcare programs and mental health support services, and learn about specialized care for military personnel, veterans, and their families.
With the help of the digital assistant, users can receive step-by-step instructions for undergoing diagnostic tests and schedule online appointments with specialists. As Tetyana Mostipan, director of the department, noted, in conjunction with the launch of the chatbot, city medical institutions have organized, updated, and standardized all links for electronic patient registration.

The service is available on Telegram: “Kyiv City Health Department Online Assistant.”
