According to him, the main technical work has already been completed. At the same time, specialists continue to carry out necessary measures that can be completed before the start of the heating season.
The Kyiv City State Administration also emphasizes the need to use gas sparingly, as it is a vital resource. Therefore, heating will be turned on when the air temperature drops significantly.

Medical facilities and educational institutions are usually connected to the heating system earlier. The decision to turn on the heating in such institutions is made by their administrators, who submit the appropriate requests.
