456 power distribution nodes in three months — the SBS reported on the results of the operation

Over the course of three months of Operation “Crimean Circuit Breaker Off,” the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces struck 456 power facilities in Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was stated by Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces. Over the past ten days, he said, the units have struck another 44 energy facilities in the occupied territories.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned systems have been conducting Operation “Crimean Circuit Breaker Off” for three months. During this time, according to SBS Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, Ukrainian units have struck 456 power facilities in Russia and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Separately, the commander provided details on strikes carried out over the past ten days. According to him, during this period, the UAS struck 44 energy facilities in the territories of Ukraine seized by Russia.

The largest number of such targets was in Crimea—17. Another 14 energy facilities were struck in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast. In Luhansk Oblast, five facilities were targeted, and in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, six. According to Brovdi, one power facility each was struck in the temporarily occupied territories of Kharkiv and Kherson Oblasts.

Among the facilities mentioned by the SBS commander are power substations of various voltage levels. Specifically, in the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk, these include the 110 kV “Zasyadko” and “Poshtovy GPP-1,” and “Pivnichna,” as well as the 220 kV “Smolyanka” and “DE-09” substations. In the temporarily occupied city of Makiivka in the Donetsk region, according to Brovdi, the 330-kV “Chaikino” substation was hit.

Separately, the commander listed a number of energy facilities in Crimea. Among them are the 35 kV substations “Chornomorske,” “Medvedeve,” “Krasnosilska,” “Berezivka,” “Slovianske,” “Kumove,” “Shchurm Perekopu,” “Mykhailivka,” “Voinka,” and “Vyshneva.” The list also includes the 330 kV “Pershokostyantynivka” substation in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.

Brovdi did not specify in his statement the nature of the damage to each of the named facilities. Nor does his statement imply that all of them were completely destroyed—it specifically refers to their being damaged. Thus, according to data released by the Unmanned Systems Forces, the operation targeted energy infrastructure both in the occupied territories of Ukraine and directly within Russia. At the same time, there is currently no independent confirmation of all the reported results of the strikes. Brovdi reported on the results of the operation via Telegram.

On the night of October 4, Russian forces launched 135 drones into Ukrainian territory, including “Shaheds,” “Gerberas,” “Banderole”/“Dan-T,” and decoy drones.

On the morning of October 4, Russian forces struck downtown Dnipro, hitting the premises of a telecommunications company.

In the Dnipro district of the capital, debris from enemy drones was reported to have fallen at two locations on the morning of October 4. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
