Three individuals listed in the "Book of Torturers" were killed in a crash involving a Russian Tu-95 bomber
As a result of the crash of a Russian Tu-95MS in Russia’s Amur Region on September 29, at least three high-ranking military pilots were killed; they were listed in the “Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People” for their direct involvement in organizing missile strikes on Ukrainian territory.
This is evidenced by information from obituaries in Russian local sources, which were brought to light by an OSINT analyst.
Eight Russian Federation officers were on board the missile carrier during a training flight from the “Ukrainka” airbase. Among those identified as having been involved in war crimes against Ukraine, were Squadron Commander Major Andriy Lobanov, Deputy Regiment Commander for Flight Training Lieutenant Colonel Fedir Pavlyukov, and Squadron Commander Lieutenant Colonel Andriy Gerasimov. The Russian command redeployed its strategic aviation to the “Ukrainka” airfield from an airbase in Engels, Saratov Oblast, after Ukrainian Defense Forces began systematically targeting it with strike drones.
